Sales Representative (international markets) — Belgium
As a Sales Representative, you act as the link between our organisation and customers in the national and international markets. You build long-term relationships whilst actively seeking out new business opportunities.
In this role, you will work in a technical environment where every customer faces different challenges. Rather than simply selling products, you will help customers find the right technical solutions in a sector that is constantly evolving.
Your Role
- You identify and develop new potential customers within a defined region. You build trust with customers and guide them from initial contact through to a long-term partnership.
- You provide commercial and technical support to a portfolio of national and international customers. You are in daily contact with customers, understand their specific circumstances and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You are the first point of contact for technical queries and complaints. You analyse problems and work with internal specialists to find the right solution.
- You set prices and ensure that customer information is correctly maintained in the CRM system.
Your Profile
- You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a B2B or technical sales environment. A background in the printing or packaging industry is a strong asset, but your motivation and attitude are what really count.
- You are curious and eager to learn. As every printing press and every application is different, you are keen to understand the technical details behind the product.
- You are a strong relationship builder with a customer-focused mindset.
- You take the initiative, think creatively and persevere when faced with challenges.
- You speak English fluently.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch or another European language is an advantage.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and CRM systems.
- You are willing to travel internationally (from regular local client visits to monthly international trips).
Our Offer
- A stimulating working environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are key.
- A comprehensive training programme in which you will work closely with experienced colleagues to familiarise yourself with the technical aspects of our products and the sector.
- The opportunity to gradually build up and manage your own client portfolio and region.
- A supportive working environment where you can rely on the expertise of our in-house specialists.
- A good work-life balance through flexible working hours and a 40-hour week with 12 days of additional leave on top of statutory holidays.
- A competitive salary package with various fringe benefits: company car with hybrid fuel card, smartphone and subscription, bonus scheme, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalisation and group insurance, CAO90 bonus, etc.
