TOYO INK EUROPE NV (“TIE”) collects and uses all personal data freely provided to TIE, such as but not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, occupation and language preference in order to conduct our business smoothly.   TIE acknowledges that it is our crucial responsibility to protect such personal information and TIE protects such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

TIE respects personalities of each individual and conforms to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable laws and regulations such as the Belgian Privacy Law of 8 December 1992 on privacy protection in relation to the processing of personal data and all (future) Belgian laws regarding the implementation of the Regulation..
  1. 2. TIE makes clear of its in-house rules and its company structures in relation to Privacy Policy.   TIE familiarizes employees with such rules in order to make the rules effective.
  1. 3. TIE will clarify its purpose of use when collecting personal information and notifies or publicize such purpose.   TIE uses personal information within the scope of such purpose of use.
  1. 4. TIE takes necessary measures to appropriately manage personal information in order to protect from disclosure, loss, alteration and other inappropriate use.
  1. 5. TIE accepts and faithfully responds to requests of customers, prospects, visitors of website, visitors of the office, business partners at first hand to disclose, amend, delete and/or discontinue the use of their personal information owned or controlled by TIE.
